Thank you! It's almost done. We should have the last of the screening all around the structure done, the doors ready for staining and the roof maybe on by the end of the week!
And then the almighty shelves for the 'chids to hang out on!!!!

Very cool set-up you're creating. What are the dimensions of the structure (and sorry if you addressed this question in a previous posting, which I didnt' see)?

No problem. If I remember correctly, it's about 8 feet wide x 4 feet deep x 8 feet high in the front support beam.

Well, the doors went up and the shelves today, along with more screen bracing/support beams in the back. Now I've got to stain all the new stuff and the extra trimming he cut for finishing out the screen windows, in about 110f heat I might add, lol... Oh well. Such is life at times, lol...
The shelves aren't set in stone at the moment though. The height is, but my partner made a very valid statement. He said that if I didn't maximize the shelving, I'd kick myself later. I had wanted a but of room to step into the structure so the inside didn't appear so "box like" for lack of a better description. It was more for viewing as opposed to shoving orchids into every nook and cranny. But as he stated, it's so small you would t be able to step in barely at all! Mmmmm, so the carpenter left the shelves with screws so I could move them around and visually see the difference with the depth of the shelving.
So here are the pics.

HAPPY DANCE!!!!!
The structure is complete, roof, shelves and all. Just a bit more staining to do and closing up the open spaces on the shelves with some silicone to prevent water from falling on the plants below! Also got to put a latch on the door and put rocks in the bottom.
Then, it's moving time!
Here it is now!

Thank you! I still have to finish staining, but all structural work is now completed. It's 106 here today, and vacation is next week, so it will be finalized in about 2 more weeks. Man, I can't wait!!!!
