Antici...pation!
Here in Rio Dulce, Guatemala we have had a rather dramatic transition from wet season to dry season ushered in by a quick series of cold fronts. Rainfall has dropped dramatically and so has the average temp. A recent overnight low was 64F -- we put on a extra blanket and were wearing coats in the AM! Geez, It was freezing for here! But, the orchids loved it.
This has induced many of the orchids at my place to produce bloom spikes. Pics attached. Should be overwhelmed with blooms very soon!
