optimizing fertilzing outdoor plants

As the plants begin their outdoor move, I am looking to upgrade how I go about fertilizing them.

I have been using a large pump sprayer and fertilizing that way every time I water. While the sprayer is large, 3 gal, this process is taking a bit longer as the collection expands.

Does anyone have recommendations for some sort of hose-end fertilizer injector that will let me keep the doses that I already use (around 25 ppm fert)?

I am using the Chapin sprayer on Keyguys recommendation. I am figuring out how to dial it in but the flow and controls and fittings are all excellent.
