Default Corybas barbarae

This was the only orchid we found in bloom when we were in Australia. We were there at the beginning of winter and so, though we saw plenty of orchids we saw almost no flowers. This tiny little orchid we saw in the Glasshouse Mountains north of Brisbane.

They have the coolest plants over there. Thanks for posting this one. The diversity of orchids is truly astounding.

I think that part of Australia tends to have deep sand for soil.
