So um, I found it on my old pots.should I remove it and plant it

Do you mean it is in your pot? Your plant pots or in the ground?

I am not an expert, but if it came naturally and does not disturb you where it is, then I would let it there. Somehow if it grew there it means it was good conditions...
Now, I guess it is also not a drama if you can carefully remove it without destroying the roots and plant it independently.

It is dying and it is growing in the soggy soil.it id an orchid because it is a dendrobium except for the size

Well, if you say it is dying (if growing in soggy soil it is not so surprising), then you should definitively move it to more orchid-friendly conditions. Why not trying to mount it? This would allow you to follow well the situation of the roots. If it is a young healthy (hopefully in a near future) plant, you should rapidly see roots spreading... Although again, I am not a specialist and much more experienced people may have better advises...
