Hi Tindomul, White Rabbit and all,

Thank you. Save for the Epidendrum which I found growing on the ground in a nature reserve and therefore I suspected that it was planted in the spot, other orchids shown above are wild plants. The Yungas, where the photos were taken, are made up of a wide range of topography. From sub-alpine meadows, you descend through steep gorges to wet tropical valleys within a couple of hours, and see lots of vegetation.
