Default Goodyera pubescens in North Carolina

This mid summer I had the opportunity to visit a friend who lives the Appalchian Mts, in North Carolina, basically the smokeys. Though his land had many orchids that bloom in the spring, the only ones I could find in flower during the first week of August were Goodyera pubescens (Rattlesnake Orchid???? I forget).
