Late Summer and Orchids on the Berg Lake Trail

The Berg Lake trail is in Mount Robson Provincial Park, British Columbia, just west of Jasper National Park. It is one of favorite places for hiking and backpacking. We found several orchids when day-hiking there last summer, one or which we had not seen before. Quite a few of these pictures are my wife's. She's so good that I sometimes get lazy and depend on her for photos.

We try to spend at least a day here every summer and have twice done a week of backpacking.
