Orchid in El Yunque Rainforest, Puerto Rico

I was in Puerto Rico this past Feb. and spotted this tiny cluster of flowers near a waterfall. Each leaf had a cluster of flowers blooming and so I took a picture of one that had fallen. Not sure if its an orchid or not but would be interested to know if it is and at least what genus. sorry the picture isn't any better.

It is an orchid.

Looks like Pleurothallis ruscifolia, so it could possibly be it. I'm fairly certain it is Plths ruscifolia, but not 100% certain.

Awesome! Thanks I have been wondering for a while. Also would you know of a good website that would list orchid species in a specific country? Fortunately I am lucky enough to travel for my job and have time off and would love to look for orchids in my spare time.
