Default What am I?

I photographed this little orchid while slogging out in Fakahatchee late 2010. Not sure what it is though as I can't seem to find it exactly in the Native Orchids book. It's not a very big plant....about 4-5" or so. It has elongated & ridged leaved and had 2 old inflorescence which were about 4" long and rather thin. It was out of bloom, but I can't imagine it had very large flowers. This was the only one I saw and I searched a very large area where I found it.

Any ideas? Thanks In advance.

Looks to me like an Ionopsis utricularioides. They don't usually grow on thick trunks like that though.
