Where to find orchids in South west Florida? Male
Default Where to find orchids in South west Florida?
I am going on vacation near Fort Myers Florida. I was wondering if there are any places I can see wild orchids near there. I know there are many parks around there, but do any of you have any favorites for see wild orchids?

Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary has a nice selection. You are confined to their boardwalk (I believe, it has been a while since I've visited) but I remember seeing a few species from the boardwalk.

The Fakahatchee Strand has a great boardwalk as well.
