Hey all.......

I just spoke with Susie. Unfortunately, I am being shipped out tomorrow for work and won't be able to join you <Glad to have work, sad to miss orchids!>

Anyway, I told her that I wished to jump on the next trip in June(?), hopefully when the Ghosts are blooming.

Good luck to everyone! Be safe, have fun and take and post lots of pix!

1. Cooler for food/drink
2. I freeze a couple water bottles to drink while searching
3. Light weight long pants and shirt
4. Change of cloths/shoes for drive home.
5. A hand held battery operated fan ($2.00 at walmart) Helps with the bugs as well as heat
6. Shoes that you don't care if they get wet (hiking boots preferable but sneakers will do)
7. Bandanna and towel
8. Bug/sunscreen (I usually have this)
9. And of course your Camera!

If I think of anything else I will post it here.
Just wanted to bring this up, just in case folks read this before they head out the door...

I'm bringing a walking stick (bamboo cane) and gloves. It makes it comfortable when you have to remove big bugs walking up yer chest.
