Default Orchis mascula - First orchid of the season!
This orchid is one of the most common in my area of france. As I'm not home this year to go admire them, my sister sent me some pics.

Beautiful! How sweet of your sister to send you pictures My Mom used to do that kind of stuff for me when I was in the Army. It's nice to have a little piece of home when you can't be there.
