As per request here is my latest finds from the Fakahatchee Strand. When we were getting ready to go in we had the hawk greet us. We also came across a couple wild tangerine trees loaded with fruit. I couldn't help myself and tried one I have never had anything that sour. yuk!. Also I took some pictures of some air plants, Bromeliades, moon flower, grayfish, and some new Ghost. Thanks for lookin
Fantastic pics, Dave. This was a treat. Never have seen a hawk perched still in a tree, always just gliding in the skies. Is that a lobster? Your's or the hawks dinner?

Your welcome. I deferred to the hawk on this one. It is a fresh water relative. Sometimes called Mud bugs, Crawdads, or Rock Lobsters. I personal would need about a dozen more to make a meal, with lots of melted butter. yum! They are only about 3 inches long.
