The plants grow in the moss on the rocket in the highland, about 2200 meters above sea level. They bloom in the spring and now, we could only see their leaves.
I had several but they couldn't handle the heat.
I have another one, more warm tolerant (can't remember which one) but they didn't bloom probably because the tubers didn't get enough cold temps. Usually I put the tubers in the refrigerator during the winter (5°C) but I didn't do it last winter.
As I know, it may snow in the winter if cold front hit. The location may be the highest site the species was found. Now, the plants are grown in some orchid nurseries in lower mountain areas, about 1500 meters above sea level, they seem to do well.
