Yes, I believe you are the winner Subrosa. According to UF/IFAS website "Eulophia graminea is a terrestrial orchid native to Asia that was first discovered in 2007 growing in mulched landscape in south Miami". And the flower looks identical.

Next question, being an invasive species, does that mean I need to take it home with me now?

Not helleborine. I've had them growing in the yard (seems to like hostas) and this looks nothing like it. The foliage of helleborine could be mistaken for Cyp. calceolus until it starts to develope buds and the cluster of flowers is borne terminally.

I love those orchids i have a couple huge cluster potted in solil - clay bead- spagnum moss and the bloom non stop.

I live on Miami beach and have found exactly one site of those orchids
