Default Bulbophyllum ecornutum!

Horray! My first bulbo bloom! There were some other spikes but they turned to mush when they were still tiny, not sure why. This is the only surviving spike.

It has a scent of grape mixed with farts, not the most pleasant

The flower is 2 cm tall, 1.5 cm wide, and 1 cm long (is that the correct word?)

Not actually sure it's fully open.

Beautiful! I really like the coloring. I am sorry about your other bloom-spikes but very glad one survived. I have this one but I do not think mine is noticeably fragrant (at least it wasn't the last time it bloomed). Is yours?

Thanks!
As stated in the OP, it smells like a combination of grapes and farts

Not too strong.

Update: A fly took the pollinia and flew away, almost got a pic. Another fly is now messing around on the wiggly lip. I will upload a video.

Haha thanks.

Also, a thing I noticed is that the petals fold up and close around the lip at night

That is really cool!

I think I am glad, then, that mine doesn't have a scent.
