it is the strongest lavender I could find, I love the color! last bloom it only had 2 blooms I think, on each new lead..it is from hausermanns, and I found its original tag deep in the pot, lol.....I only have the one lavender orchid, what happened to put the wrong tag in it is anyones guess....I can always blame it on the cats, right?

oh and it DOES have a lovely orchid fragrance! reminds me of the long ago days when I could drift through greenhouses full of wonderful orchids!

I know they are not to everyone's taste, but when I see your plant I think to myself - how could anyone not be excited about orchids- being scented is a bonus. I've never grown a Cattleya, but this makes me want to.

What a beautiful display! Congratulations! How generous of it to identify itself with some blooms.

I cant help myself....I am a FLOOF ADDICT! the floofier the better!

Lucille here, is a big girl, standing about 15" tall, not counting the pot. she is in an 8" pot, and her flowers are enormous, over 6" wide, and they have nice strong stems!

when I step out in the greenhouse, I smell her lovely scent not overpowering, but making a statement....she has 5 huge blooms on the present stem, and is getting the second spike ready with 3 more big blooms!
