my kitten is such a pain, too! all the cats love it out there, but little widdie is a monster! she still chews, but she stays off the main bench, I hope! she has so many ferns and stuff to entertain her on the floor and bottom shelf, I hope she stays off the main bench...I have found that keeping the pots together in those nursery 'flats' like they sell plants in, helps. she cant knock things over easily, so I think that discouraged most of her nonsense...there isn't much room for padding over the plants either....
I always stake my buds, usually there are only 2 or 3 to worry about, but 5! I will probly use a couple sticks, and tie each one best I can....these are big 'floof' cattleyas, so it should be interesting....
I think staking and tying buds would be a good topic for discussion on here!
