Paph. Glaucophyllum!
I waited 3 weeks for this and it finally opened! Two questions though,
1. Why does one part of the dorsal sepal a bit bent?
2. Why is the dorsal sepal "half-half"?
Enjoy!

The dorsal sepal is completely normal in appearance, both shape and coloring, as is the whole flower. Perfectly flat symmetrical dorsals are sometimes seen in hybrids with generations of selective breeding behind them, but far more rarely in species. In either case it can be quite variable season to season or even flower to flower. With this species you can see a new flower ever few weeks for quite a while. Each will be a bit different and some may approach perfect symmetry.

I see several fans. Hopefully, at least one more will start bloming long before this one is done!

A person on [another forum] asked what the fuzz is for. What IS that for?

I don't know about the rest of the inflorescence, but the fuzz on the petals probably helps attract flys or whatever else might pollenate the flower.

The fuzz on the spike and ovary may deter certain pests.

It bloomed again. I'll upload some more without flash tomorrow. Another spike is on it's way too.

Beautiful Paph! I have been kicking around purchasing one of these. Do you grow yours more on the warm side?

Not sure what you mean by warm side, I grow all my plants outside and they just follow the weather. I think my temps are max. 30°C and min 22°C.
Also, here's another pic with the second spike in the lower left.
