Default A Couple of Blooms

Paph. delenatii opened earlier this week and Den. Frosty Dawn has been in bloom for about 3 weeks. I waited for the lip color to develop fully before taking the pic. Last year it gave me 2 blooms. This year I have 10 open and one bud still developing. Thanks for looking!

Awsum, Terri. Almost makes me want to try these guys again (the Dendros, that is.) It looks like a Nobile type I?

Ross this is actually in the Nigo-hirsute group. No winter rest, but a slight "pause" in fall. I'm growing it intermediate, & bright light. This is the one that is a hybrid between a group IV and V. I'm growing it like a V. It's been an easy grower for me, I'm sure it would do even better for you! Ooops meant to say this is a biggie Ross, probably 24" tall minimum. Den. Iki is very similar, but a mini.

Paph. delenatii was one of the few paphs I liked enough to try to grow -- it didn't make it. Ah well...

That Den. is easy peasy! It even bloomed for me when my culture was crappy. It's so happy now it's blooming like crazy. I think it's one of my favorites from my whole collection. It smells kind of like orange sherbet or a 50/50 Bar.
