There are some vendors here in Portugal but never saw Cambrias there for sale. It seems they treat them as something not worthy to be sold.
From the rest of the Europe...honestly, I never ordered any plants from outside my country (although you don't need any special paperwork). Probably the transportation fees are higher than the price of the plant (here, a plant like this one costs around 7 €, something around 9 USD).
