No ID $5.00 mystery orchid
My 5.00 mystery orchid started to bloom today. My guess is that it is some sort of den-Phal. I was very happy
With it's bloom. I love mystery orchids.

Yep, definitely some kind of den phal hybrid, could possibly have Sonia in its parentage. Lovely bloom!

I bought one for $6 one time in a fla grocery store....I just felt so sorry for it! it ended up the biggest baddest pink den about like yours....it was 3 feet tall with stems like tree trunks and it NEVER stopped blooming! what a plant!
it was little when I first got it, and over the years just went crazy! supplied flowers for my sisters wedding and was just my fav den....never did find its name, but I loved it!
