Very pretty. Is Eileen fragrant? I just purchased a Miltonia because the fragrance surrounding the table in the greenhouse was amazing! That and the fact they are gorgeous. I am waiting for the flowers to open right now. It is nice to have some flowers now when most of my collection is focused on growing not blooming.

Eileen is a miltoniopsis, not miltonia, but it is fragrant! Sweet and kind of tart smelling. I've read descriptions saying that it smells like rhubarb pie. That might be a bit of a stretch, but very pleasant nonetheless. Miltonia generally are from brazil, and miltoniopsis from columbia. I live in CT in a drafty old farmhouse, so miltoniopsis fair well inside because of the cooler growing habits.

Thank you cheddarbob14 and white rabbit! While on this thread, I also have a Blc. Green-heart "Amy" about to Pop! Not currently blooming technically, but what amazes me is the pink looking fringe peeking out. Wierd for a supposedly green Hybrid.

Great looking Miltoniopsis and Catt..
I have 3 Miltoniopsis' scattered around my place, 1 in bloom and 2 in bud, one of which is fragrant.
I have been searching for one as red as yours, if not redder.
Have not had any luck in finding one yet.
My search continues.
