Well, the next phase of my spring bloomers has opened.
This Catt is the very first orchid I mounted after moving into our newly acquired place, a NoID picked up at a farmer's market.
It has bloomed several times before.
The flowers are 4-1/2" across, quite large.
Then, an Epic. Mable Kanda Myao.
And finally, the weed Phaisus' are in bloom also.
Going on to a non orchid tangent, the Thunbergia mysorensis is dropping flower tassels from the Geometry Tree.
This one is left over from last fall:
And, these are new and just beginning to drop through:
Then, the Lilikoi [Passion Flowers] are beginning to bloom.
Fruit will begin developing soon.
We like to pour the juice and seeds from the lilikoi into the center of our regular morning papaya.
The tartness and crunchy seeds go well with the papaya.
