Neostylis Lou Sneary 'Bluebird'
This is my first neo - it is so cute and compact. I think I need to add at least 1,203,543 more of these to my collection!

Have you kept other vanda-type orchids? This one seems to like a similar environment, but does not grow into a monster.

Thanks! I noticed it has light fragrance in the early morning. It reminds me of honeysuckle or jasmine...is it weird to have to somewhat different fragrances? They are not very strong - the scent does not fill up my entire kitchen as does the scent of my NOID zygo.

I have had better luck with this than than with regular vandas even though they were all treated the same way.

They don't seem to need excessive amounts of light - mine grow on a west facing window that gets direct sun from mid - late afternoon; I have some Dens, Paphs, an Encyclia, Gastrochilus in the same window; the same window has also worked for some compact Catt hybrids.

Thanks, maybe I'll try one. J&L actually have spiked ones now. I'll see them at the Amherst show & sale next weekend.
