NOID in bloom
This is the only orchid i have in bloom at the moment.
I bought it in a traditional fair that is in front of my house (literally) one weekend every september. The fair is not about plants but since there are plenty of visitors some people from the very small surrounding villages come to sell flowers.
The good thing is that you can find several orchids among those on sale, the bad thing is that they sell them as "other orchids", basically they buy orchid flowers in a flower shop and then show them as a sample of what they will look like the ones you are buying. This one was sold as a white phalaenopsis (of course it wasn't) but for a dollar and the surprise it was very nice, i also bought a "laeliocatleya" (not really), another phalaenopsis (not even close) one that was flowering (which i will post photos for ID in the appropriate forum) and a couple more which had fake flowers attached to them.
Plant is quite small being only about 9 cm tall. Inflorescence is about 3 cm long.
lets see what the surprise will be.
