Have this one alba which is coming back to life from correcting my lousy care! I always look things up before buying but didn't realize what water hogs they are. That is some lovely plant-thanks for sharing!

Yep, very finicky. Couldn't keep my alba alive. Maybe I will try again now that I sort of know how to grow them.

How do you care for it? I am struggling with my only zygopetalum, it lost all its leaves and roots last summer and is trying to recover but growth is pretty slow. Virus tested negative so I guess it's just my crappy care.

I'm not a zygo expert but I think some of them can be very sensitive to water in the growths. Mine lost all leaves and growths soon after buying it because somewhere along the line before I got it water had got in and it rotted off.
Growth was very very slow from the one p-bulb that was left, but it got going again eventually. If yours has been badly knocked back don't be too concerned if progress is slow.

What zygo hybrid/species do you have? Cultural conditions differ depending on.

I need to look up the species composition in OrchidWiz - can only do it later this week. Will get back to you.
