I looked up species composition in OrchidWiz. Unlike some others, this one should be fairly straight-forward to cultivate. Medium bark cut with long-fibered sphagnum moss ( 80/20 ). Underpotted. High light and water when bark dry-ish. No water on leaves unless early morning. Humidity around 50% plus. Maybe your temps are consistently too high ? I am experimenting at the moment with zygo triste and high temps. They are outdoors with temps regularly in the 90's ( though in 60-70s at night ) and seem to be OK. Consistently high temps are not good though.

I have stubbornly put it outside again this summer where temps rise into the high 80s to mid 90s F daily. I have definitely noticed a decline but have tried to compensate with lots of water. I can't seem to get the roots to grow very long, they grow out just a little bit and then they stop.
