I have all three.
The mediocalcar blooms for me in the winter-Nov/Dec.
It is mounted on wood with a tiny bit of moss. I hang it outside in an East facing tree under shade from the end of May to the end of Sept. I soak the mount in fertilizer everyday in the summer. From Oct-May it hangs in a South window about 10" from the glass and behind a brasavola, it gets soaked with weak fertilizer about every 2 days in winter.
I grow both phrags the same and they both bloom at the same time...July/Aug.
The plants are in semi hydro culture. They spend the summers outside on the East side of the porch. They are not heavy feeders but do get fertilized with every watering. In winter, they are on a shelf in front of a South window about 6" from the glass.
I hope this helps.
Joann
