Hey everyone!!

This orchid is so gorgeous, and I just picked it up at a show! I can't take credit for the blooms but dangit they are so photogenic.

It is night fragrant with a gentle smell. It smells like clean baby things. Like a clean baby diaper and a clean baby room– weird, but it's like that mixed with a small bit of cologne?
That's weird but it smells like that to me.

Beautiful! Nice find.

BTW - your cross is registered as
Bc. Nakornpathome Silver
which is (Bc. Binosa x B. nodosa).

And, in case you're interested, Binosa is (B. nodosa x C. bicolor)

I grew a Binosa for a few years (before giving it away) and it grew like a weed so if this one is like it's parent then you should have a specimen sized plant in no time.

If the cross is Bc. Binosa x Brassovola Little Stars as Astrid shows it , it isn't Bc. Nakornpathome Silver. Its an unregistered cross. B. Little Starts looks similar to B. nodosa so it could produce this flower.

Yeah I'm just going by the tag!! As long as I know that this is about 3/4 brassavola and 1/4 cattleya, I know mostly how to care for it!

I'm glad for your guys' input!!

OOPS - MY Bad - not sure how but I clearly missed the Little Stars part. and just had the nodosa stuck in my head. []

Disregard all but the beautiful flower part.
