Ascocentrum miniatum
Ascocentrum miniatum - small species Sumatra, Java & Philippines, beautiful orange colored blooms. Grown outside year round, and since it is mounted to balcony railing, I can not even protect it when cold front passes, when it gets under 50F for a longer time,I do cover with heat cloth, very bright light, some very late evening direct sun, in empty wood basket. Seems to take all our extreme Florida heat without any problems.
