Eria perpusilla

Eria perpusilla - not so common miniature terrestrial orchid species from Myanmar and Thailand at elevations of 800 to 1000 meters, warm growing. Deciduous leaves, blooms in the late winter and spring from leafless pseudobulbs. Not sure what initiates spiking, I have two plants, both received pretty much the same care, one is spiking (no leaves or new growths), another, larger one, is growing many new growths but no spikes!
