I think the color change adds to the overall display, at least as it appears in the photo. Quite nice if flowers are large for the type too.

I just checked the tag and it says Red Berry, but misspelling is always a possibility and more common than we want. lol
I have bought ones named Red Berry many times and this one has the largest flower size. Thing is the plant is also much larger than normal. hmmm
I have one more that is busy growing like a little bush, but no signs of spiking yet.
