Pleurothallis dressleri on the drift wood
Pleurothallis dressleri on the drift wood - this is the piece I grow completely different from all the other dressleri I have. This piece is outside, year round, takes any temps up to 105F, and down to upper 40'sF, in the shade, watered every morning, if possible, but driftwood dries out completely pretty much every day. It does not seem to mind it at all (all others are grown inside and nearly constantly moist) It was tiny 7 leaf division (you can still see original 7 leaves in the middle) some year + ago, today it has over 20 leaves! Another ones on the Pleurothallis drift wood are Pleurothallis calyptrostele, Pleurothallis lewisae, Pleurothallis grobyi, Pleurothallis picta, Pleurothallis simmleriana. Planning to add more slowly, so far all except calyptrostele did bloom many times, dressleri is first time blooming outside for me.
