You might need to start a thread for each asking about the culture. I know that on the website, there is some good information for the ones he sells online and then there is the IOSPE for the species orchids (I Google the orchid and the letters). Andy is also very good if your email him and ask him questions.
I do grow the bulbo ambrosia but I have not gotten it to bloom. I grow it in a shallow tray with a thin layer of sphagnum moss which I always keep wet. During the summer, it gets Cattleya light and this winter, it is under lights with my Oncidiums. I sprinkle it occasionally with a slow release fertilizer. It puts out two or three flushes of new growth every year. I do not think it is possible to kill it. Getting it to bloom, however....
The Schoenorchis fragrans is rather easy, too. It needs very bright light (Cattleya light is good) and does better if it is warm. It can be prone to crown rot if water sits in the crown too long so that is probably why they recommend warm and dry. I grow under lights so I don't need to worry too much about the water sitting in the crown as long as I water in the morning.
