my Little Mermaid nodosa mas major remar and the vanda Hawaiian Verde

The mermaids smell really nice this time around. The spikes keep getting caught in the sheath and the buds get damaged bec they cant get out. I dont know what to do about that. The Bc Little Stars does the same thing. I pulled off 3 spikes off it bec they were bent over and caught in the sheaths .

But I have some nice flowers after all they been thru..wheeeweee been a tough year for many of us

I love the look of the mermaids.
Really lovely assortment.
Wish I could help with the trapped buds.
Don't some people trim the end of the sheath to let buds push through?

I wish I could get the mermaids to bloom better for me but I do love the fragrance of them. They will get some more room next growing season and maybe that will help. Im going to build more greenhouse space. I have a 3 car garage and somethings going to happen with it

The little vanda 1st time bloomed. I need better pic bec its very nice shaped flower. The Remar blooms all year round and hasnt let me down yet. A Bag baby!!!

its kind of sad really to be honest having a HORDE of plants and to have 3 with flowers at this point. I should be covered in blooms...They and me all have been thru some hard times this year. I can hope for much better winter blooms maybe as I have lots of buds. Phals are even starting to spike some of them ...
