Default A couple of cute first blooms

I have had a few orchids blooming for me for the first time. Attached are two Cattleyas that are first blooms.

The first is one I got from H & R bare root last winter with very few roots. It's Rlc. Lisa Taylor Gallis 'Nora'. It has 2 new growths but the other growth is still small.

The 2nd picture is Rlc. Village Chief North. I got it as a small seedling 3 years ago from Cloud's. it had 2 buds, but one blasted when tiny.

The yellow one is quite fragrant in the morning but I don't smell anything on the green one.
