Taiwan Internation Orchid Show - Flasks
Here are the flasks I brought back with me. I checked them in with my main baggage due to going through Hong Kong, however I kept the 3 'flask bags' in my carry on baggage and that didn't seem to bother them. 4 flasks got jumbled (they are lying on their side) but no damage and the other two were fine. Anyway here is a list of them:
2 x Paph armeniacum from In-Charm
2 x Paph Complex hybrids (one pink and one green) from Cocoa Orchids
2 x Wossner China Moon from Dao Ya Orchids
In the bag flasks:
1 x Masdevallia regina
1 x Phrag Fritz Schomburg
1 x Phrag (Silver Eagle x kovachii)

I really like the baggie flasks as they are more convenient. However it also means that you get fewer seedlings which could be a good....or a bad thing.

Well it's very cheap for 5 or 6 plants this way......maybe $20. So it could be worth it, especially for something rare.

Me too......I think the armeniacum and complexes will grow well, the problem I have is with the Phrags.......they are hard to get going but they are good once they do.

So you are the judge for the show!
I visited the show on 3/10, amazingly attractive!
Glad I am a visitor only!
Winner of the show!

I only helped judge one section, there were many judges and many classes to be judged but yes I enjoyed that part of it.
