More june blooms

I also like the paph a lot!
I have a cross of spicerianum and stone lovely.
Is this a "fresh" bloom? Mine tend to open up looking like yours, but then over time, the dorsal rolls in backward making it look like a funnel. lol

That vanda flowers look really big! Do you always grow them in pots??

I think your miltassia looks a lot like Shelob Tolkien.

Thanks for the kind comments. Actually the paph bloom is about 2 months old, as is the vanda. Just got around to posting is all . Yes I grow all my vandaceous plants in pots. I'm a windowsill grower and find this works best for me.

Then, yours must be the kind whose dorsal stays flat and round. nice! I like mine too, but yours is nice!

I had vandas before. I either killed them or gave away. I love vanda flowers but the plants are too big or I kill them.

What is your vanda planted in?

I've given it a lot of thoughts, but haven't took the plunge yet. How long have you grown them in s/h?

My main concerns about s/h are 1. salt buildup in the long term (even with regular washing)
2. taking LECA off the roots in case I want to divide plants into smaller pieces.
