Unfortunately not.
I bought it a few years ago and the only label was Cattleya. I do not know which one.

yes it is simmilar to Caulocattleya Chantilly Lace 'Twinkle' (C. Eldarado Splash x Caularthron bicornatum), but it is not.
very likely it is some Caularthron bicornatum hybrids.

Leisurely you have been very close - it is Caulocattleya Chantilly Lace, but 'Hildos' not 'Twinkle'.
