Thank you silken and Sonya.

Sonya can you say if that NOID Dendrobium is a 'Nobile' I just got a division so I have no idea, but it blooms similar to the Nobile variety.

lovely plants and flowers. I wouldn't have thought Jamaica has the temp range that we are advised these plants require to grow and bloom successfully.
That white den is a truly spectacular specimen.

Because of the topography of the land, some areas are way above (as high as 7000 ft) sea level, and gets as cold as 17oC at times. Other areas however are very warm. Luckily for me I live in the cooler areas, so I can take chances with orchids like Cymbidiums and Den. nobile.
What we do sometimes is change the location of the plants until you find a spot it really likes.

I bought those Cyms off ebay all the way from Alabama, USA in 2008, and they are blooming for me for the 1st time.

It's a pleasure sharing them with you.
