Congrats, Sue! I'm looking forward to photos of that one.

Mine has a new growth that is still maturing. Do they flower on newly matured pseudobulbs or on the old ones?

Now, I'm on the hunt for that Dtps pulcherrima var. champuriensis.... I sure hope I can grow that one!

Ooops!!! Made a boo-boo!

IAfter responding to your question, I realized I rearranged that shelf to accomodate the Little Mermaid

The one in the back left corner is Colm Wildcat 'Rainbow' which, unfortunately, is not in spike

The Onc Aloha Iwanaga is in the back right corner

I'll have to go look at where the spike is coming from

Sue, I can see the spike in the photo. It is on the new growth, I think. Mine does look very similar, vegetatively, to the one in the back left corner. I was thinking that the very thin, flat pseudobulbs may not be that common?
