One of my blooming phals took a nasty tumble from the windowsill the other day and broke 4 leaves and a couple of root tips! Poor little guy!

Ezil - I do recall your love of tillandsia! Have you ever bought them online from Hawaiianbotanicals? I've been entertaining the idea of expanding my collection (on the sly - my boyfriend kinda has a no more plants attitude right now! bahaha).

I'd love to see pics of your collection! Are they mounted in terrariums?

I think you're right Tetouan. Its ueber common and is actually the first orchid I bought when I moved back to Canada. Never fails to bloom - gotta love the easy growers!

Allycatz: definitively order from Hawaiian Botanicals, their plants are excellent! I've had mine for years, some extras in my terrariums, most of them mounted. When I have a bit more time, I'll take some pics. and post them.
