Beautiful blooms!

Any tips on the Rossioglossum would be appreciated. I have a Rawdon Jester and a grande. Both are not real large but I had hoped for blooms from one of them. The Rawdon Jester is growing a new growth and has about 4 other mature bulbs all with leaves. It grew cool all winter and now gets warm days (80 or 90F) with nights around 65F usually. Under HO T5 light but not real close. Good moving air also.

Yours is just stunning! I am awestruck! Gives me hope for mine in the future.
