Good luck. I have seen cut spikes produce single leads also.....so please don't hate me if you don't get double spikes. I guess it depends on the genes of the plant. But, you won't know if you don't try....worst case, you'll have to wait a few weeks for a flower. At any rate, good luck! Hope it helps.
