Default Great orchid meeting today :D
Our speaker was Dr Charles Thomas and he always gives a fun and interesting presentation. He also brings some gorgeous plants for sale and it's a sight to see!

Today, I bought the cutest little Phal cornu-cervi...very dark, not much of the usual yellow markings.

He brought some stunning C skinneri alba plants and donated one of them to our raffle table. I was thinking about "maybe" "possibly" taking one at the end of the meeting but...

my mother-in-law won the first raffle and I told her she had to get the skinneri She did...and gave it to me! She's the best!!!

society meetings are a great place to buy new plants too and to meet people.
