Mabuhay!

thanks for the compliment. But i guess, what makes our garden beautiful are the plants. I mean, no matter how big or small your garden is but if your plant is not being cared for it would look crap. Healthy plants make everything beautiful no matter what. I envy you because you have varied collections and healthy and established orchids.

Den. heterocarpum as seller told will do about twice a year. Reduce watering (let say every other two days) when you notice that leaves are shedding (bloom is coming ).

Den. junceum blooms after experiencing heavy rainfalls (bagyo). Actually, the past storms we had triggered dormant buds of my junce to bloom, twice.

They both rebloomed under 50-70% shade (placed under plastic roof)

Thanks so much. Hmm I placed it in morning and afternoon sun spot. I may need to transfer the plants. Anyway, if your junceum is under plastic roof then it don't get wet at all during heavy rainfalls. Maybe it's the cooling effect brought about by the heavy rainfall induces the bloom not the plant being soaking wet.

Though not soaked but strong rainfalls tend to mist even those under roof. Umaanggi ikanga

Still establishing, kinda slow growing hehehe. Maybe we have to wait for a number of months before it will bloom. Check orchidspecies.com and there you might find necessary info and cultural requirements your macro needs.
