Whoa...that Masdie (#5, 6) is fabulous, they're all great but that Masdie is a knockout!
Great and happy growing to you~ |
Thanks for the kind words everyone!
The Trichoglottis pusilla is a minature! The stick of wood it is mounted on is probably no longer then 4 inches. But it's blooms are just so cool! I must admit I have some miniatures and the blooms are tiny and I think they are cool and cute but I could live with out them, but the Trichoglottis pusilla is a must have in my book! I have had it for about 2 years....I was starting to wonder if it was going to bloom for me. I grow it in high light, just about the same height as my cattleya's under my T5 bulbs. I grow it in my orchidarium so it get's constant high humidity and I water it daily with full strength fertilizer. Did I forget anything? |

Thanks, I found your response very helpful about the light. I got one 8 months ago, and to my surprise, it started growing with two new leaves and roots in water culture. Since I do not have a terrarium this is the way I hope to get it established before I transfer it to semi-hydro. I too favor this one among the minis I have. |
Some really beautiful blooms you have there Becca. My favorite however is the Masd. Noid #5 & 6.
