Terry that plant is in fact in the oncidium alliance. It's definetely not something like Onc. Sweet Sugar or Twinkle but it is in the alliance.

I am a little confused. When I went to Google to look up your Bc. Little Marmaid 'Janet' it seemed to want to correct me in the spelling of Marmaid and change it to Mermaid. Are these two different plants or is this just a spelling problem.

It actually is Little Marmaid Janet according to most tags. But, I do believe it probably was a spelling error at one time or another.
